The Canvas Dashboard is limited to displaying a maximum of 20 courses.  For those with more than 20 courses, the best option would be to favorite the most commonly accessed courses.  Favorited courses will be the only courses that display on the Dashboard and the courses quick access list.  Here is how you can favorite courses:

  1. Log into Canvas
  2. Click on Courses in the Global Navigation menu
  3. Click on All Courses

4. Click on the star next to the course(s) you want to mark as a favorite (the star will fill with color).

When you go back to your Dashboard, you will now only see your favorited courses.  You can always access the other courses by going to All Courses when needed.

STUDENTS: If a student says that they do not have access to your course, have them check All Courses and make sure that your course is favorited.
