If you are experiencing issues with students laptops not connecting to the network due to being in Airplane Mode, try one of the following solutions. Laptops do not need to be logged in in order to perform these solutions.
On the keyboard, hold down the Fn (function) key and tap the PrtScr (print screen) key to turn Airplane mode off and for the Wi-Fi to turn back on.
Click on the Airplane icon in the lower right corner of the screen. Click on the Airplane mode tile so that it turns back on.
Either one of these solution should allow the laptop to reconnect to the network so students can log in.
