So you’re in the middle of a lesson and while presenting from your Interactive Display you get an email notification on your screen. It can be annoying and distracting to students. If you wish to turn this off, you can follow the below instructions.
- Click on the Start Menu and click on the Setting icon. Once the Settings windows opens, click on the the System options.
- Click on the Notifications & actions option from the left menu and after scrolling down slightly, click on the toggle below the statement, “Get notification from apps and other senders” to turn notifications off.
- You might need to restart your computer for it to impact some apps.
Another advantage to this is that it assists in focusing on the tasks you may be currently working on in front of you.
